it soon filled up!My beer of the festival was McMullens Cask Ale at 3.8%, a very tasty bitter.Highlights of the festival included tasting cask conditioned bitter from Japan, YoHo Yona Yona Ale (5.5%), which tasted very similar to a British bitter, and winning a Young’s ram (a soft toy not a real one) due to my newly discovered talents at shuffleboard. 3Box Steam Rev Awdry Ale (3.8%): Decent light bitter without a strong flavour. 3Butcombe Bitter (4.0%): Well rounded bitter with a distinct malt taste. 3Glastonbury Mystery Tor (3.8%): Flowery hop taste to this interesting lightish bitter. 4Nethergate Suffolk County Best Bitter (4.0%): Good rounded tasty bitter. 3Sharp’s Doom Bar Bitter (4.0%): Ordinary bitter. 3Wolf Golden Jackal (3.7%): Tasting more like a darker beer this has an excellent balanced hop taste. Bitter (4.2%): Slightly woolly tasting malty bitter. 4Sierra Nevada Wheat Beer (4.4%): Very pale coloured wheaty beer served chilled and tasting more like lager. 3YoHo Brewing Co Yona Yona Ale (5.5%): Tasty malty beer similar to a best bitter.

According to fragrance maven Marina, Égoïste is everything I like in a fragrance, and nothing I dislike. But I am not a poet, as is Dear Vic, alas. The beginning of Égoïste has a candied (mandarin) sensation, and at the same time a slightly medicinal (lavender) feel that I find delightfully quirky and enjoyable. The fragrance grows warmer and sweeter as it develops, never crossing the line into being cloying and overwhelming. The sandalwood and rose blend (a union made in olfactory heaven) in the heart of the fragrance is incredibly attractive. Egoiste is another fragrance that makes me wish that It could be magically turned into a person, even though I know that this stunner would break my heart into a thousand little pieces…Vic, if I find you again, I will skin your sorry hide and make a handbag. I am not a man about such contrived fragrances.

The damn dog spent about 200 miles laying on the cooler, sulking because we turned it so he couldn’t wedge his head in there to lick the packets containing turkey and eat all the ice.Road DogWe made it to Needles, California, the tiny little shitbox of a town on the border of Arizona, successfully made it through their little freeway stop where they asked if we were carrying any fruit, and then began the Mojave Desert. The Mojave National Preserve is only a part, but the desert itself stretches for miles. From Needles, Arizona to Barstow, California is 144 miles of nothing but desert wasteland as far as the eye can see. The Mojave desert averages less than 10 inches of rain annually, and the elevation varies between 3000 and 6000 feet.

21:21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; 21:24 And Jesus answered and said unto them, I also will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, I in like wise will tell you by what authority I do these things. Jesus saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you. 21:32 For John came unto you in the way of righteousness, and ye believed him not: but the publicans and the harlots believed him: and ye, when ye had seen it, repented not afterward, that ye might believe him. 21:41 They say unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits in their seasons. 21:42 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?

Among other things, Steve Tarter covers the need for stations to change the way they identify themselves once we’ve switched away from the current analog signals. He plugs a post on Jeff’s blog for inspiring the topic.Just a guess… (and I was talking with someone from one of the stations about this recently) but consider right now whether you’re a viewer or a newsie… how do people currently identify the station? For the many with cable, yes they know WEEK is channel 25, but when you’re out on a story, how often do you have to clarify that itll be on channel 10.”In other markets, some stations will identify themselves that way. So for example, in San Diego, the NBC affiliate is channel 39, but on cable theyre channel 7. They are branded NBC 7/39.I would expect to see at least some of that here during the transition period.link

I identified the Dunmer priestess Mehra Milo by her distinctive copper eyes and copper hair; features Caius Cosades had told me to look for. He had ordered me not to ask for her at the Hall of Wisdom: he didn’t want the Temple to know that she was meeting with anyone. Mehra herself was just as paranoid, making me follow her into a secluded spot amongst the rearmost shelves of the library before she would speak to me.Before I tell you anything, Sera Frost, you must promise to deliver a message to Caius for me.She waited for me to reply, her intense metallic eyes boring into my own.Yes, you have my word

In Ohio, Bush’s rating remained at 65% disapprove, 34% approve.Ironically, in solidly Democratic Massachusetts, Bush’s standing had a modest improvement, from -46% last month to -38% this month. But, overall, these early numbers point to a widespread and potentially worsening dissatisfaction with Bush.

the enemy does not like to be preached to, so he shoots back. And here are some more tasters: Objective Offensive Concentration Mobility Security Surprise Cooperation Communication Economy of Force Pursuit Obedience The morale of combatants, the reason for fighting, and most of all, the implementation of the principles of war, are the main guarantees of victory. It is an aggressive advance against an enemy to wrest the objective from his possession. An army on the offensive has a moral and physical advantage over the enemy at the point of contact. the enemy does not like to be preached to, so he shoots back. I can touch the enemy, that he cannot touch me. 25-26 Quoting Jomini: In either case it should be well understood that there is in every battlefield the decisive point, the possession of which, more than any other, helps to secure the victory by enabling its holder to make proper application of the Principles of War. Arrangements should therefore be made for striking the Decisive blow upon this point. 26 Whether the offense is made along the whole front or at a decisive point, it has several basic characteristics. in direction it is forward toward the enemy at the objective; Jesus Christ delivered the decisive blow at the decisive point at the decisive time. He simply had two aircraft firing at one enemy aircraft. rather it must be compared with the enemy’s mobility. shall serve the defender NOT to defend himself more securely behind the rampart, but to attack the enemy more successfully. 63 Like any wise general, Satan will not attack a strong point if weak points are available for a breakthrough. It is always easier to train for combat than it is to engage the enemy in a firefight. The reason is simple: an evangelical church, as a military training, there is no enemy. The presence of an enemy means fear and knots in the stomach, even though we have the opportunity to take the initiative and catch him by surprise. 79 To forewarn the enemy is to ask for strong resistance to any attack. 81 The principle of communications is violated whenever an enemy is allowed to cut off supplies or when an army advances too far and too fast for adequate supplies to keep up. 101 Quoting Erfurth: To concentrate overwhelmingly superior members at the decisive points is impossible without strategic surprise.

We have one of those self-cleaning litter boxes. Ten minutes after she potties, the box grinds into life, a rake combs through the litter, lifts a lid, and dumps the solid waste in, then rakes its way back to starting. So, after pottying, she sits beside the box and glares at it. After the rake returns to its starting place, she sits and glares at it for at least another hour. The litter box is possessed! This is the box she prefers to use, but a demon lives in it!

Array All too many children are ruined by the sins of humanity, a sad state of existence for those whom God has honored, having chosen children to lead us to the Kingdom (Matt.18:3, Matt. Jürgen Moltmann writes in his paper, Child and Childhood as Metaphors of Hope, “In children God is waiting for us to take in God.” How often have you encountered God in the life of a child through a gaze or embrace, or through the simple, yet profound words he or she utters? I wonder with equal intensity what God wants to speak to us through the lives of children living in poverty—children who are abused, abandoned and exploited. Some children’s lives are completely shattered by war, and they live as orphaned refugees. Accounts of the ravaged lives of children that are brought before us through media, The Cry or perhaps our own personal encounters call us to spiritual brokenness. By confronting the battered lives of children, I am compelled to evaluate my life, my inner self, who I am in relationship to these children and in relationship to God. Children teach us to be honest with ourselves, to confront the pain in our lives, to confront sin—the sin that has been committed against us and that which we have committed. I’ve seen Him transform children’s lives, taking them from the streets to abundant lives. I am crucified with Christ, therefore I no longer live but Christ lives in me (Gal. The lives of Ausha (whose name means “hope”) and the children I’ve met around the world represent hope for us.

i think the thing i’ll take from doing the show is just talking to people who watched it… it was nice hearing the crowd respond to what you’re meant to do…family…during my brief engagement the hardest thing was trying to decide who would be my best man. not getting younger.dad…well he thinks the whole st thing is a waste of time… this waste of time has been the greatest spent with the greatest bunch of talented people!next year…don’t know still… a year is a long time from now and i have so many projects burning, with getting a job as the number one priority right now!nitez and peace!

M says “With your experience in BA you should be able to dance on one square.” His reply includes “I visited BA. Would also force him into a duty dance with M, which is realistically the only way she’s going to get a dance with him tonight under the circumstances laid out. “I go to him because I like the way he dances, the way he talks and the way he smiles…” More accurately in the context: “I chase after him because I want desperately to dance with him. I’ll pursue this guy relentlessly until he gives up and agrees to dance with no one but me.” In #9, when Marianne gets rejected by Roberto even more emphatically than usual and is reduced to tears, her lines fall a bit flat: “He delivers a consistent message….I’ve never been so insulted in my life…” Alice hits the nail on the head: “He doesn’t give a shit about you.” In #9 Alice enunciates what seems to be a theme of the play: “Eveyone should have the chance to act out the fantasies of their mid-life crisis.” But she’s sixty! In numerous scenes, the dancers are required to dance “awkwardly” in service of the plot. Real dancers in these roles won’t want to or be able to dance badly. (All dancers believe they dance beautifully.) The plot relies heavily on Marianne’s “tango notes” and (if I understand it) Roberto’s written responses. She might get an occasional duty dance with a really bad dancer, but she’d better not even dream of asking a good dancer. Just because there are lots of milongas doesn’t mean there are lots of good dancers and great places to dance. Dancing with one good dancer after another – now THAT’s a great milonga!

I really had no idea what a blog was, until a few months ago, when someone at work mentioned the phenomenon. And maybe one day soon, this blog will have a similar reputation to masterpieces such as Antipixel, chokeSPEAK, mezzoblue and the like. But probably not.

— Hi, I’m writing the new chapter on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity for the 2005 edition of Our Bodies Ourselves, and I’m looking for input for the chapter. If any of you have read previous editions of Our Bodies Ourselves you know that the book includes both anecdotes from anonymous women related to the topics being discussed and resource lists at the end of each chapter.

Array I had the Kaijo- bleu cheese, bacon, and fried onions. I’m a big fan of bleu cheese. It wasn’t the best bleu cheese burger I’ve had (it was a little dry) but it was still good. James had the Motorhead burger haha..it looked very tasty- goat cheese, kalamata olives, oregano, tzatziki, onion, and tomato. It was a nice night with James.I finally found some information on this piece I saw featured in a Brazillian magazine months ago..I just think it’s so pretty.

# 74: Los Baez Do you ever eat at a place and then for days you can’t get the smell and taste of the food out of your head? The tortillas a Los Baez are hand-made in a press in the center of the restaurant and come standard with your meal. They are rich and buttery and taste like no tortillas I’ve ever had – and I’ve had a lot of homemade tortillas because we made them almost daily when I was growing up.

I also ordered my invitations and picked up pamphlets for ordering my diploma and class ring. Its so hard to move on and start a job and leave all my friends and get used to a new city - it seems like I have done that a lot in my life.

Array We obviously hadn’t learnt from our last walk which was Challenger’s walk. In order to reach Blue Lake we had to park Gert and then take a walk which was a round 5.1km which didn’t seem too bad at the time. When we were half way into the walk we started walking a bit faster just to get it over and done with. Once we reached the 100m point we managed to see a tiny bit of the lake from a lookout point but it was too protected by the trees - again. It was a difficult decision at the time but we decided to walk a little bit further because we thought that there must be more to see if they had sent us all this way. Five people arrived in a 4WD as soon as we reached our van and luckily for them we told them that the walk would be a complete waste of their time so they turned around. After this experience Carl had spotted a walk called North George Blowhole. The first half of the walk was very impressive but then it started pissing it down - again - so we had to jog around the second leg and we were absolutely soaked through.

The mouse had been invented by Englebart earlier that year after many attempts to simplify human input to the computer. Made of wood with two wheels to determine X-Y motion, the first mouse looks quite boxy. The patent for the mouse was awarded to Englebart in 1970, but was not fully adapted until the 1980s. Englebart never received a penny in royalties, since his patent expired in 1987, well before the mouse became the input device of choice. Along with the laser came the cutting of the wire and wireless optical mouse, today’s ultimate mighty mouse!

It was the first time in a long time I’ve been surprised. Hell, the first time that I can remember that a woman did something considerate like that for me. This particular girl, I’ll call her Golden, took some time to bake me a cake. This was Golden’s way of letting me know that everything was going to be alright.See, me and Golden met a little over a year ago. There’s something about the finality of marriage that nails the coffin shut.I met the guy a few times, and although he was cordial, he didn’t come off as a friendly guy. What ever he had, Golden wanted it. Someone that down for him.Now that wedding plans are underway, Golden relocated to live with the guy. That’s what makes Golden so special. So if he can get a woman like that, why can’t I?When Golden baked me that cake, she did it out of the goodness of her heart. In the beginning, I viewed Golden as simply a friend and co-worker.

-ne The Santals’ decision to turn away from the Genuine God, Thakur Jiu, is further described by Santal sage Kolean in Lars Skrefsrud’s Traditions and Institutions of the Santal published in 1887. He has set everything in its place, and he nourishes all, great and small. The discovery by Skrefsrud and Borreson of the Santal oral tradition about Thakur Jiu is more evidence of God’s revelation of himself to mankind.
